Terms and conditions of use

1. Introduction
   Welcome to AQUAPLANTS.BIZ. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing www.aquaplants.biz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

   • “Buyer” means any individual or entity placing an order.
   • “Seller” means AQUAPLANTS.BIZ.
   • “Products” refers to aquatic plants and related accessories sold on the Site.

3. Ordering & Acceptance

   • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
   • Confirmation is sent by e-mail once payment is authorized.
   • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Prices & Payment

   • Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
   • Payment must be made by the methods offered at checkout.
   • Failure to pay in full may result in order cancellation.

5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

   • Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch.
   • Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the courier.

6. Returns & Cancellations

   • Subject to the Right of Withdrawal (see below), returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
   • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
   • Liability for direct damages is capped at the purchase price of the relevant product.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All content on the Site is the property of AQUAPLANTS.BIZ.
   • Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
   • Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Latvian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms; changes take effect upon posting.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
